Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, litigation, and administration, including trusts, wills, and guardianships for minors and disabled adults. His previous experiences in civil litigation and family law inform his proactive, driven and client-focused approach to every case. Whether at the negotiating table or in court, Daniel is always looking for the most effective and efficient ways to help his clients accomplish their goals.

Daniel is a second generation Cuban American, Chicago native, and fluent in Spanish. He prides himself on his efforts to give back to Chicago’s Latino community through pro bono legal services and his involvement with the National Lawyers Guild.
